原因一，打印质量太差，扫描枪读取不了，原因可能是碳带，介质或者打印机出问题条码打印机设备。试试换碳带及不干胶标签再试试。

原因二，扫描枪出问题，有可能你们用的是一维的枪，或者扫描枪出错了。试着换扫描枪。

首先排除到底是哪里的问题。所谓的无法读取，是因为扫描枪没有打开相应码制，所以没法读取，还是任何二维扫描枪打开DATAMARTIX码制，都不能读取。其次，看看打印的条码，是否清晰，完整，没有破损。换个碳带、标签纸，再打印一次试试。第三，条码打印的软件是否设置正确。条码不能够像图片一样随意缩放的。必须遵照条码的比例缩放。你这种问题一般不会是打印机的问题。
