Dear Jack,
I’m Li Ming, a member of the Students’ Union in our university. Much to my
pleasure, I’m writing this letter to invite you to participate in the online
meeting intended to discuss the arrangement of the upcoming debate on the theme
of city traffic.
Several details are listed as follows. On the one hand, the matter I have
to mention here is that the meeting is scheduled to start at 9:00 a.m. and will
last for 2 hours. As for the site, we will make it through Tencent, so I will
sent ID number to all of you when needed .On the other hand, what merits your
attention is that each of you should come up with some appropriate topics for
the debate, and we will hammer the best one at the meeting. Last but not the
least, what is also an important part of the meeting’s content is that we must
